Stephen Gates of The Crazy One Podcast recently released a video on YouTube explaining how to manage your time as a Design Leader, and it resonated with me. He explained 10 percent of your time you should leave your team alone, 80 percent should be used in insights and ideas but never solutions, and the last 10 percent should be used to make executive decisions. He did caveat to try your very best to stay in the 80 percent area as much as possible and that the two 10 percent areas were extreme.
